I’ve recently fallen deep into the ShibayanRecords rabbit hole. The tracks didn’t click at first, but once they did, there was no escape. Highly recommend the vocalist 3L.

Diao Ye Zong (凋叶棕)
Recently (Oct. 2020) I downloaded their entire discography and have been working through it. While some tracks have questionable recording quality (clipping that threatens to blow out your eardrums), the arrangements and storytelling are truly one-of-a-kind. Vocalist Merami and the various guest singers are all amazing.
